I just gained 5 pounds over the holiday. What can I do to lose that weight?
Exercise and diet. If you don't go to a gym to exercise another way is take the stairs instead of the elevator or walk to work or school, if you don't have to travel too far. What this does is get your body into a work state and also helps to keep the muscles asking for more energy.
How can I work out without getting bigger?
When working out instead of grabbing those 45-50 pounds weights, grab a weight that is light enough but still gives you some resistance. Do high repetitions and regular sets. Example: Dumbbell curls, three sets of 15 repetitions.
How can I lose weight with out really working out?
You can lose weight by just watching what you eat: Meaning cutting back on fatty and fried foods, counting calories that you take in, cutting back on the carbs that you eat and increasing your vegetable intake. This will take hard work and determination, but if your serious about losing weight it will happen.
I just want to lose fat around my thighs and abs how can I do that?
Unfortunately you can't spot exercise. Meaning you can't just work out one or two specific areas, the best way will be a fully body workout. You burn more calories that way. |
