Teachers go on "honor" strike By
Denae Brewer With contract negotiations at a stalemate, teachers throughout the city held an honor strike. At C.E.S. 126, 30 teachers protested before they went to class. "This is just a warning," said teacher Chapter rep. David Tucker. "They [the City] are dragging their heels and we're fed up." The teachers are working under the guidelines of an expired contract which has not allowed for a pay raise in three years. |
